Renewal Conditions
To renew their franchise, ZeroZero39 Pizzeria franchisees must meet several conditions. They must provide written notice of their intent to renew at least 180 days before the initial term expires and be in full compliance with all terms of their franchise agreement and other related agreements at the time of notice and thereafter. Franchisees must also secure the legal right to occupy their approved restaurant location for the entire renewal term or secure an approved new location. Additionally, they must update, remodel, and redecorate their restaurant, facility, and equipment to meet ZeroZero39 Pizzeria Group, LLC's then-current standards for new restaurants, pay a renewal fee of $5,000, and sign the franchisor's then-current form of franchise agreement and related ancillary agreements for the renewal term. Their owners and spouses must personally guarantee the new agreement and execute a general release in favor of ZeroZero39 Pizzeria Group, LLC.

Each ZeroZero39 Pizzeria Designated Territory will generally be defined as the smaller of a three-mile radius from the restaurant location or an area encompassing a population of 100,000 people at the time the Franchise Agreement is signed. For non-traditional or captive market facilities like shopping malls or airports, the territory may be limited to the physical boundaries of that location.
Staffing Notes
ZeroZero39 Pizzeria Group, LLC does not assist with hiring or training employees, as franchisees are solely responsible for managing and supervising their staff. Franchisees must ensure all employees wear approved, branded uniforms and adhere to System standards and the Operations Manual for preparing, maintaining, and serving all menu items and Approved Products and Services. The Managing Owner is responsible for overall supervision, and if an Operating Manager is hired for day-to-day on-site operations, they must meet the franchisor's criteria, complete initial training, and sign a confidentiality agreement.
