Renewal Conditions

To renew their franchise agreement, Yummi Go Gourmet franchisees must ensure they are not in default of any agreement provisions, have satisfied all monetary obligations to Yummi Go Gourmet and its affiliates, execute the then-current form of the franchise agreement (which may have materially different terms and fees), pay a renewal fee between $500 and $6,500, execute a general release of any claims against Yummi Go Gourmet and its affiliates, and comply with Yummi Go Gourmet's current qualification and training requirements.

Yummi Go Gourmet assists franchisees by providing a pre-selected Host Location site for their kiosk and an initial operational training program for up to five personnel, including the Managing Owner and Operating Partner.
