Franchisor Assistance

WOW Windowboxes provides pre-opening assistance to franchisees by designating mutually agreed-upon territory boundaries, granting access to its Operations Manual, and providing a written list of required vehicles, equipment, tools, signage, supplies, and products, along with approved or recommended vendors. The franchisor also provides initial training and, after a $30,000 payment from the franchisee, designs and implements a grand opening marketing campaign. Additionally, WOW Windowboxes offers standards for employee training and guidance on pricing for services and products. After opening, franchisees receive ongoing support through optional or mandatory additional training programs, up to 10 days annually, which may include online courses and national meetings.
