Corporate History
WIN Home Inspection's predecessor and its predecessors began offering inspection franchises in 1995. The current entity, World Inspection Network International LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, was organized in August 2018. It subsequently acquired substantially all the assets of its predecessor, World Inspection Network International, Inc., which had offered franchises until November 2018. World Inspection Network International LLC then began offering franchises under its current structure in August 2019, operating under the brand names "WIN" and "WIN Home Inspection." The company's primary business activity has always been franchising in the inspection industry.
