To renew their franchise agreement, Weathersby Guild franchisees must notify the franchisor in writing at least six months before the current term ends. They must be in full compliance with the franchise agreement and any other agreements with Weathersby Guild, and they should not have received any default notices from the franchisor. All financial obligations to Weathersby Guild and its affiliates must be satisfied on time.
