Voda Cleaning & Restoration franchisees can renew their agreement for one additional 10-year term if several conditions are met. These include Voda Cleaning & Restoration still offering franchises in their territory, the franchisee providing at least 180 days advance notice before the term expires, and the franchisee having consistently complied with all terms of the Franchise Agreement, Manual, and other agreements. The franchisee must also refurbish or replace all equipment and materials to meet current brand standards, sign a new renewal franchise agreement, and execute a general release of claims against Voda Cleaning & Restoration and its affiliates. Additionally, the Operating Principal, General Manager, and any other designated staff must attend and complete any required training, and the franchisee must pay a $5,000 renewal fee.

Territory Size Requirements
