Training & Support Program

Franchisor Assistance

VIO Med Spa provides franchisees with a non-exclusive license to develop and operate a spa location within a designated territory, along with access to its confidential operations manuals. Before opening, VIO Med Spa offers site selection guidelines and requires its approval for the chosen location. It also provides a list of approved suppliers for signs, equipment, furniture, and fixtures. Franchisees and a designated manager must complete an initial training program at VIO Med Spa's facility in Strongsville, Ohio. After opening, VIO Med Spa communicates operating standards, marketing guidelines, and updates to approved vendors. It may also provide supplemental on-site training or require participation in a system-wide conference, often for a fee. VIO Med Spa designates the required computer and point-of-sale systems and maintains independent access to the franchisee's business data. It administers a Brand Development Fund and may establish local or regional advertising cooperatives, and reserves the right to designate pricing and hours of operation.

VIO Med Spa seeks franchisees who are either licensed medical professionals or individuals opening the business in states where non-licensed medical professionals are permitted to own and operate businesses offering the Approved Spa Products and Services. If not a licensed medical professional, the franchisee will operate a Spa Management Business providing services to authorized medical professionals.

Staffing Notes

VIO Med Spa requires that the franchisee's Managing Owner be personally responsible for the overall supervision of the spa location.
