Financing Details

U Got Stink Franchising, LLC offers financing for the initial franchise fee. Renewal Conditions

To renew their U Got Stink franchise, franchisees must be in good standing and not in default under their Franchise Agreement. They must also have the right to maintain possession of their Franchise Central Location and provide U Got Stink with at least six months' advance written notice of their intent to renew. Upon renewal, franchisees must pay a renewal fee of at least $750, sign U Got Stink's then-current franchise agreement (which may have different terms and fees), execute a general release of claims against U Got Stink, and renovate and refurbish their Franchised Operation to meet current brand standards. They may also be required to pay for and complete any re-training U Got Stink deems necessary.

Initial training, lasting approximately 40 hours, is provided for up to three individuals, including the managing owner or manager, at a location designated by U Got Stink Franchising, LLC. After opening, U Got Stink Franchising, LLC offers ongoing assistance through periodic support for local advertising and marketing. They provide advice and guidance on new operational methods, business procedures, and the use of their manuals and promotional materials. Franchisees also have the opportunity to participate in group purchasing programs for supplies and equipment, and U Got Stink Franchising, LLC continues to issue and modify the system for its franchises while inspecting operations to ensure compliance.
