Corporate History

TWO MAIDS Franchising, LLC was formed as an Alabama limited liability company on August 14, 2013, specifically to launch the TWO MAIDS & A MOP® franchising program, which began in the same year. Initially, the company did not operate its own businesses until 2016 when its Birmingham, Alabama TWO MAIDS & A MOP® business became a company-owned operation. In 2019, an Austin, Texas location also became company-owned but was later closed in 2021. The Birmingham company-owned business was franchised in 2022. In 2021, TWO MAIDS Franchising, LLC was acquired by Home Franchise Concepts, LLC, which is ultimately controlled by JM Family Enterprises, Inc. The principal trademark was changed to TWO MAIDS® in 2023.
