Financial Health Notes
TubToday has a brief operating history, having been formed in December 2020. The company reported net losses of $3,250 in 2022 and $7,374 in 2023. In 2023, TubToday acquired a commercial building for $404,768 and secured a 25-year mortgage note payable of $335,700. The company also generates rental income by leasing office space to its affiliate. Despite the losses, the independent auditors have issued an unqualified opinion, indicating that TubToday's financial statements present its financial position fairly, without raising concerns about its ability to continue as a going concern.

Franchisor Assistance
Before opening, TubToday assists franchisees with written guidelines for site selection, approving their chosen location and lease, and providing guidance for obtaining necessary licenses and permits. They furnish mandatory specifications and architectural/design plans for the business premises (if applicable), vehicle appearance standards, and lists of approved equipment, products, supplies, and vendors. Franchisees also receive a self-study program, a two-week initial training program at corporate headquarters, and up to five days of on-site pre-opening or grand opening assistance. After opening, TubToday offers ongoing consultation and advice on operational matters, products, services, and programs through a dedicated telephone line, emails, and an intranet system. Franchisees receive updated lists of approved items and suggested pricing.
