Renewal Conditions
To renew the franchise agreement, Tremble franchisees must have fully complied with the existing agreement and maintained uniformity with the System through necessary capital expenditures. They must also have no outstanding monetary obligations to Tremble Franchise Inc. or its affiliates and not be in default of any agreements. Franchisees are required to provide written notice of their intent to renew between 6 and 12 months before the agreement expires. They must sign a new franchise agreement that reflects the then-current terms and conditions, which may differ from their original agreement. Additionally, franchisees must meet current qualifications, agree to any new training requirements, sign a general release of claims, and pay a renewal fee equal to 25% of the then-current Initial Franchise Fee.
