Renewal Conditions
To renew their franchise agreement, Tootl Transport franchisees must notify Tootl Franchising, LLC in writing between 12 and 18 months before their current term expires. They need to demonstrate their right to operate the business at an Approved Location for the renewal term or secure an acceptable substitute. Franchisees are required to update their business premises, equipment, hardware, and software to meet Tootl Transport's current standards for new franchisees. They must also be in substantial compliance with all agreements, have satisfied all monetary obligations to Tootl Transport and its affiliates or suppliers, sign Tootl Transport's then-current franchise agreement (which may have different terms), meet current training requirements, execute a general release, and pay a $15,000 renewal fee.

Tootl Transport's Designated Territory typically has a minimum population of 250,000 to 300,000 people. The size is determined by factors such as geography, demographics, and the number of seniors, disabled persons, residential facilities, dialysis centers, home health agencies, hospitals, and K-12 schools. The boundaries of these territories may be described using zip codes, streets, natural or man-made landmarks, or county lines.
Staffing Notes
Tootl Transport requires the franchisee (or their operating principal) and a Designated Manager to attend and successfully complete the Initial Training Program. At least one individual who has completed this program must always staff the business. If a Designated Manager leaves, a replacement must be hired and trained within 30 days. The franchisee and any Designated Managers are not permitted to hold other employment or engage in other business activities during the franchise term. Franchisees are responsible for training all other personnel according to Tootl Transport's standards. If proper training is not maintained, Tootl Transport may require personnel to attend training at its headquarters or send its representatives to train on-site, possibly for a fee. If a Designated Manager is unavailable, Tootl Transport may provide a temporary replacement for a fee.
