To renew, The Swing Bays Franchise, LLC franchisees must provide written notice of their intention to renew at least 90 days before the current term expires. They must have the right to operate the facility at an approved location, or secure an approved substitute location. All necessary maintenance, refurbishing, and remodeling must be completed to bring the facility and equipment into full compliance with current system standards 90 days prior to expiration. Franchisees must not be in breach of any agreements with the franchisor, its affiliates, or major suppliers, and must have satisfied all monetary obligations. They will need to execute the franchisor's then-current form of franchise agreement, which may have materially different terms.
