Financial Health Notes

THE EMPANADA MAKER FRANCHISE GROUP, LLC was organized recently on February 13, 2024. These financial factors raise substantial doubt about THE EMPANADA MAKER FRANCHISE GROUP, LLC's ability to continue operating. Management is actively working to address this uncertainty by negotiating a line of credit facility that is expected to provide enough working capital in the first half of 2024. The financial statements, however, do not reflect any adjustments that would be needed if THE EMPANADA MAKER FRANCHISE GROUP, LLC cannot continue as a going concern.
