Territory Size Requirements

The C12 Group defines its franchise territories based on geography, using criteria like cities, zip codes, counties, states, or a radius around the franchisee's home address. However, geographic size is only one factor; the other is the estimated number of evangelical Christians within the territory who are business owners, CEOs, or senior managers of 'Target Companies.' Target Companies are defined as those with at least ten employees and/or $1 million in annual revenue, excluding public and government offices, schools, and adult entertainment. The C12 Group calculates the number of 'Units' within a territory by applying an 'Evangelical Rate' and a 10% market penetration rate to the number of Target Companies, with a 'Baseline Target' set for each franchisee based on these metrics.

Staffing Notes

The C12 Group requires its Principal Chairs to be actively involved in the day-to-day operation of their franchise. While the Principal Chair is the primary operator, they have the option to hire additional qualified and fully-trained individuals, known as 'Associate Chairs,' to facilitate additional Business Forums within their assigned territory. Any Associate Chairs hired by a franchisee must be mutually selected and approved by The C12 Group, and they are required to complete The C12 Group's certification process and training.
