The boundaries for these territories can be delineated using zip codes, streets, landmarks, or county lines. If a territory includes more than 4,000 Target Buildings, the Initial Franchise Fee increases based on the number of additional buildings, up to an extra 1,000 buildings.
Staffing Notes
