SuperGlass Windshield Repair franchisees can renew their agreement for one additional 10-year term if they are in good standing and have not defaulted more than twice in the most recent 24 months. To renew, franchisees must provide written notice of their intent to renew at least 6 months before the current term expires. They are required to make necessary improvements to modernize and equip their unit to meet SuperGlass Windshield Repair's then-current standards and must have the right to occupy an an approved location.
