Training & Support Program
Franchisor Assistance
Sticky Fingers Cooking provides franchisees with comprehensive support both before and after opening. Before opening, the company helps designate territory boundaries, grants access to its Operations Manual and training aids, and supplies initial marketing materials. It also provides a list of required equipment and supplies, including 200 child-safe knives at no cost. The franchisor sets up the proprietary "The Dash" software, microsite, and online registration/payment systems, and conducts initial training at its headquarters, an affiliate location, or virtually. Upon opening, franchisees receive 2-3 days of on-site training and assistance. Ongoing support includes optional and mandatory additional training programs and an annual business meeting, though a reasonable fee may apply for these. Franchisees can also request remedial on-site training and receive individualized assistance via phone, video, or email. Sticky Fingers Cooking also periodically provides updated advertising and promotional materials, conducts regular inspections, maintains lists of approved suppliers, offers pricing guidance, and must approve all franchisee-proposed advertising and promotional materials.

Ongoing Support
Sticky Fingers Cooking provides various forms of ongoing support to its franchisees after opening. This includes offering mandatory and/or optional additional training programs, such as an annual business meeting or convention, each lasting up to three days per year, for which a reasonable fee may be charged. Franchisees are also responsible for their own travel and living expenses for these programs. Upon request or as deemed appropriate by Sticky Fingers Cooking, remedial on-site training and assistance can be provided, though franchisees must reimburse the franchisor for the trainer's per diem fee and travel expenses. Individualized assistance is available within reasonable limits via telephone, video conferencing, electronic mail, or postal service. The franchisor also periodically provides updated advertising and promotional materials and conducts inspections of the franchised business to ensure quality standards are met. Staffing Notes
Sticky Fingers Cooking requires franchisees to employ only qualified individuals who possess a ServSafe® or equivalent food handler certification. These employees must be trained according to Sticky Fingers Cooking's standards, including protocols for protecting confidential information. All employees are expected to uphold the brand's image by conducting themselves competently and courteously.
