To renew their Stayfull franchise, franchisees must provide written notice between 180 and 360 days before their current agreement ends. They must be in full compliance with their current franchise agreement, including all monetary obligations and operating standards. Franchisees need to demonstrate their right to maintain possession of their business premises during the renewal term and make reasonable capital expenditures to remodel and modernize the business to meet current Stayfull brand standards. The Operating Principal and general manager must successfully complete any new or refresher training programs at the franchisee's expense. A renewal fee of $3,500 is required, and franchisees must sign Stayfull Services, LLC's then-current standard Franchise Agreement, which may have different terms. Finally, the franchisee and each Principal Owner must sign a general release of all claims against Stayfull Services, LLC and its affiliates.
