To renew their franchise agreement, Spray-Net Inc. franchisees must: have no uncured material defaults (including monetary defaults); sign Spray-Net Inc.'s then-current franchise agreement (which may have different terms); pay a $10,000 renewal fee; complete any required refresher training; sign a general release of claims against Spray-Net Inc.; have participated in and supported operational procedures; and re-image, renovate, refurbish, and modernize their Approved Vehicles and Franchised Business to meet current brand standards within a specified timeframe.

Spray-Net Inc. defines a standard Base Territory as a geographic area containing approximately 75,000 qualified single-family households with an annual household income exceeding $60,000. Franchisees can purchase additional Designated Territories, each also comprising around 75,000 qualified single-family households. These household numbers are determined in aggregate using raw data, without specific demographic or age considerations.

Staffing Notes

Spray-Net Inc. requires that if the franchisee or their Designated Manager is not physically present at a customer job site, at least one 'SN Specialist' must be present. SN Specialists are individuals who have completed specific training components, signed a confidentiality agreement, and received written authorization from Spray-Net Inc. to provide Approved Services, especially those involving proprietary products. Franchisees have sole authority over hiring, firing, training, and other employment decisions, and are responsible for ensuring employees are properly trained on the System.
