Renewal Conditions
To renew their franchise, Sparkle Squad franchisees must have complied with all provisions of their agreement, refurbish and re-equip each Service Vehicle, and repair or replace equipment to meet current standards for new franchises. Franchisees must provide written notice of their intent to renew between 6 and 12 months before the initial term ends. They must continue to comply with the agreement and sign the then-current form of franchise agreement and related documents, which may have different terms, including fees and territorial rights. Additionally, franchisees and their owners must sign general releases of all claims against Sparkle Squad.

Before opening, Sparkle Squad provides guidance in business development and training in its system, including specifications for equipment to ensure quality. During operation, Sparkle Squad offers ongoing guidance through its Operating Manual, telephonic conversations, and consultations. Franchisees are granted the right to use the Sparkle Squad trademarks, receive confidential information on business operations, and are advised on approved suppliers for vehicles and products. Sparkle Squad also maintains and administers a Centrally Managed Media Fund and a National Marketing Fund for marketing and promotions.
