To renew their Southern Steer Butcher franchise, franchisees must provide written notice at least 180 days (but no more than 365 days) before their agreement expires. They must have complied with all material terms of their current Franchise Agreement and paid all financial obligations. Franchisees must agree in writing to remodel their Southern Steer Butcher business to meet current brand image and provide proof of financial ability to do so. They must also have the right to occupy the premises for at least five additional years, pay a successor franchise fee (25% of the then-current initial franchise fee), sign a general release of claims against Southern Steer Franchising International, LLC and its affiliates, and ensure the franchisee and their Designated Manager complete any required training.
