Renewal Conditions

To renew, Sir Speedy franchisees must provide at least 6 months advance written notice of their intent to renew before the current term expires. Franchisees must be in good standing, sign the then-current franchise agreement (which may have materially different terms and conditions), and refurbish their Sir Speedy Center if necessary to meet the current appearance, equipment, and safety standards. There is no renewal fee.

Sir Speedy, Inc. provides comprehensive assistance before and after opening. Pre-opening support includes advice on financing, market area review, site selection approval, custom layout design, initial training for two people at their Print Management University in Mission Viejo, California, delivery and installation of purchased equipment and furniture, opening promotional marketing programs, and a loan of confidential Brand Standards and Operations Manuals and Training Manuals. After opening, Sir Speedy, Inc. provides an opening and training representative for 5 days on-site, a 6-month promotional program with telemarketing and direct mail assistance, an experienced digital training consultant for 3 days on-site, an experienced sales trainer for 3 days on outside sales, updates to manuals, and ongoing resources. These ongoing resources include periodic consulting, toll-free customer support, seminars and an annual convention (some with fees), communication, live and online webinar training, advice on industry developments, marketing and advertising materials, and access to their proprietary intranet (BMSS) and customizable local website.
