Franchise Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
Singas Famous seeks franchisees, or their designated Operating Principal, who can personally supervise the day-to-day activities of the restaurant. If direct supervision is not possible, a full-time, on-premises manager must be employed, who must successfully complete training and be reasonably qualified to run the operation. For Area Developers, Singas Famous looks for candidates with strong business acumen, financial capability, and personal character, who are expected to actively perform the development duties and have the capacity to build an infrastructure support team for multiple restaurant locations.

Territory Size Requirements
Singas Famous Pizza defines a single-unit franchise territory as a specific area, which may be identified by zip codes, counties, or other natural boundaries. This territory is determined based on factors like population density, projected market demand, and visibility. The minimum territory granted to a Singas Famous Pizza franchisee may be limited to just the business location, without any additional geographic protection. For Area Development, Singas Famous Pizza grants areas that can cover a section of a state with multiple counties, an entire state, or parts of more than one state, requiring the development of at least three restaurants within a specific geographic protected area.
Staffing Notes
Singas Famous recommends that the franchisee or an Operating Principal personally supervise the day-to-day activities of the restaurant. If the franchisee does not personally supervise, a full-time manager must be employed to be exclusively responsible for on-premises supervision. This manager must successfully complete the franchisor's training program, undergo any required supplemental training, and be reasonably qualified to run the restaurant. The Confidential Operating Manual outlines key positions for operating a Singas Famous restaurant, including Kitchen Prep, Assembler, Cashier and Front Counter, Baker, Delivery Person, and Restaurant Manager.
