To apply for a new Sidewalk Juice Franchise Agreement after the initial term expires, franchisees must provide written notice between 6 and 12 months before their current agreement ends. They must not be in default at the time of notice or when the new agreement takes effect, and they cannot have received two or more default notices in any three-year period. Franchisees must agree to the terms of the new agreement within 30 days of receiving it, ensure their lease covers the new term, and reimburse Sidewalk Juice for costs and time associated with the new agreement, including any advice for refurbishing the bar or additional training.
