Ideal Candidate Profile
Shoot 360 Nation LLC seeks qualified individuals and area developers. Franchisees are not required to personally participate in the day-to-day operation of the Shoot 360 Gym. However, the Primary Owner must complete Owner Consultations, and it is recommended that they also complete managerial training modules. Every Shoot 360 Gym must always be under the direct, full-time supervision of a Certified Manager who successfully completes the initial training program. Franchisees, and each personal guarantor, must be a United States citizen or a lawful resident alien and maintain their business entity in good standing. All financial and other information provided in the application must be true and correct.

Territory Size Requirements
Shoot 360 Nation LLC assigns each franchised gym a protected area, typically identified by an attached map. The size of this protected area varies, generally ranging from a 12-20 mile radius, but potentially as small as 1-2 miles, depending on factors like population density and whether the gym is in a metropolitan or suburban area. The specific boundaries are determined at the time of site approval.
Staffing Notes
Shoot 360 Nation LLC requires that each franchised gym always be under the direct, full-time supervision of a Certified Manager, who must successfully complete the initial training program. If a franchisee owns multiple gyms, a different individual must be designated as the manager for each location unless the franchisor gives prior written approval. Franchisees must hire enough competent employees or independent contractors and ensure they receive appropriate training to perform their duties according to the Shoot 360 System standards. All customer-facing staff must be fluent in English, maintain a neat and clean appearance, and wear designated uniforms. Franchisees are solely responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, wage setting, and ensuring employees clearly identify the franchisee, not Shoot 360 Nation LLC, as their employer.
