Business Summary
Sculpture Hospitality operates a business that offers consultative inventory management services for liquor, wine, and beer. Sculpture Hospitality helps bars, nightclubs, restaurants, hotels, sports arenas, and similar establishments monitor the loss of beverages due to theft, spillage, shrinkage, and other factors. Franchisees utilize proprietary software in conjunction with client point-of-sale systems to perform on-premise evaluations and develop corrective strategies.
Corporate History
Sculpture Hospitality's current operating entity, SHH Group, LLC, was organized in Delaware in October 2017. In the same month, SHH Group, LLC acquired substantially all the assets of Sculpture Hospitality, LLC (the Immediate Predecessor), including the Sculpture Hospitality franchise system. The Immediate Predecessor itself was formed in March 2010 and had undergone name changes, from Intelliworx, LLC to Bevintel, LLC, and then to Sculpture Hospitality, LLC. The system's origins trace back further to Bevinco Corporation, a Canadian company incorporated in March 2003, and its affiliate, Bevinco American Bar Systems, Ltd. (BABS), a Delaware corporation formed in June 1994, which originally offered the BEVINCO franchises that now form part of the Sculpture Hospitality system. SHH Group, LLC officially began offering Sculpture Hospitality franchises in June 2018.

Litigation Summary
Sculpture Hospitality itself has no ongoing or pending litigation. However, its immediate predecessor, Sculpture Hospitality, LLC, was involved in a lawsuit in 2015 with Florida franchisees who alleged wrongful non-renewal and termination, seeking $300,000 in damages. Sculpture Hospitality filed a counter-demand for breach of non-competition. This case was settled in 2017, with the predecessor paying the former franchisees $126,123. An earlier predecessor, Bevinco American Bar Systems, Ltd., was also subject to a Maryland Attorney General's Consent Order in 2005 for selling franchises before its registration was effective, requiring an offer of rescission and compliance training.

Renewal Conditions
To renew their Sculpture Hospitality franchise, franchisees must notify Sculpture Hospitality in writing at least nine months before the current agreement ends. They must be in good standing, meaning they have not defaulted on the agreement or any other related agreements, and have met all monetary obligations and minimum client evaluation requirements in the final year of the term. Franchisees will need to sign Sculpture Hospitality's then-current Franchise Agreement, which may have different terms such as higher royalty fees, increased minimum requirements for the Inventory Control System, a potentially smaller territory, and additional fees. They must also pay a renewal fee equal to 10% of the then-current initial franchise fee for their territory size, including the training fee. However, if minimums are exceeded for at least six consecutive months prior to renewal, the renewal fee will be reduced by 50%. Additionally, the franchisee's designated manager and any other required owners or employees must attend and successfully complete any mandated training programs. Franchisees and owners must also sign a general release of claims against Sculpture Hospitality. If renewed, the minimum monthly Client Evaluations may increase by 10% annually starting in the fourth year.
Training & Support Program
Franchisor Assistance
Sculpture Hospitality provides franchisees with comprehensive support before and after opening. Prior to opening, franchisees receive marketing and promotional materials, and mandatory initial training, which is divided into three phases. Phase 1 consists of self-paced online courses and virtual sessions covering organizational basics, concepts, and the inventory process. Phase 2 includes technical field training by a Regional Director and mandatory participation in a Sandler Sales Foundations Program. Phase 3 focuses on advanced business operations, marketing, sales, and growth strategies, delivered through events and sessions by experts. Franchisees also gain online access to confidential operating manuals. Once open, Sculpture Hospitality offers general advisory assistance, optional management consulting services (for a fee), updates to its manuals, and periodic inspections and 'mystery shopping' of operations to suggest improvements. It also coordinates optional and mandatory ongoing training programs, reviews requests for unapproved suppliers, and provides ongoing support and required upgrades for its proprietary software.

Training Location
Training involves a hybrid approach, combining self-paced online learning, virtual sessions, in-territory practical training with a Regional Director, and potentially in-person attendance at designated locations for some program components.
Ongoing Support
Sculpture Hospitality provides franchisees with several forms of ongoing support after opening. This includes general advisory assistance for operations, marketing, and promotion, along with updates, revisions, and amendments to its operating manuals. Sculpture Hospitality also conducts periodic inspections and 'mystery shopping' of the franchise business, offering suggestions for improvement. Franchisees are offered optional and mandatory ongoing training programs and seminars, which may incur a fee. Support for the proprietary software is ongoing, with required upgrades provided at no additional charge. Sculpture Hospitality also offers a mandatory Centralized Marketing Program for a monthly fee, which sets up business social media pages, local listings, a personalized webpage, and branded email signatures, and grants Sculpture Hospitality administrative access to social media for brand compliance. Additionally, Sculpture Hospitality provides free Sandler Sales coaching and training, with additional training potentially required at the franchisee's expense if minimum performance requirements are not met. Franchisees are also required to consult with Sculpture Hospitality annually to develop local marketing plans and must account for local marketing expenditures.
Franchise Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
Sculpture Hospitality is looking for individuals who can commit full-time to managing and operating the franchise business. For entities, the franchisor requires a majority owner to serve as the manager and directly supervise operations. Ideal candidates must meet Sculpture Hospitality's financial and management qualifications, and if necessary, spouses of owners may be required to guarantee obligations. Franchisees must also be prepared to participate in a mandatory Sandler Sales Foundations Program as part of their training, indicating a need for strong sales aptitude and commitment to client acquisition.

Staffing Notes
