Training & Support Program

Franchisor Assistance

Scoop Soldiers Franchise Company, LLC provides comprehensive assistance to its franchisees. Before opening, Scoop Soldiers grants the right to operate the business, helps with site review and approval for the operating territory (allowing for home-based administrative offices if permitted by law), and provides access to confidential operations manuals and a list of approved suppliers and equipment. Scoop Soldiers will also identify and locate the franchisee's business on its website and provide initial training for the franchisee or managing owner and one manager. This initial training is a five-day program, followed by 20 hours of on-site training during the first week of operation. After opening, Scoop Soldiers communicates and updates operating standards, marketing standards, and a list of approved vendors. Franchisees may be required to attend an annual system conference and supplemental training (for which fees may apply). Scoop Soldiers also administers system-wide marketing funds. While franchisees are responsible for hiring and training their own employees, Scoop Soldiers provides guidelines for uniforms and ensures compliance with system standards.
