Business Summary
SalesStar operates a business that combines strategic sales consulting with sales training and coaching to deliver long-term results for clients. SalesStar works with growth-oriented CEOs and executive sales leaders who are looking for tailored solutions to enhance their sales performance and achieve peak performance. The brand uses a proprietary methodology called the 9 Step Pathway to Sales Transformation and focuses on providing regular, consistent support to clients rather than just one-time training sessions, engaging leaders, sales managers, and sales teams at all business levels.
Corporate History
SalesStar's proprietary sales transformation system has been developed over 20 years by sales and industry experts, with the ultimate parent company, Sales Star Limited (a New Zealand company), formed in May 2009. Sales Star Limited has been operating businesses of this type worldwide since then. The direct US parent, Sales Star USA, Inc., was formed in March 2022 to sell and operate SalesStar Franchises in the United States. Sales Star Franchising USA, LLC, the franchisor entity, was formed in March 2023 and began offering franchises as of the effective date of its Franchise Disclosure Document in April 2024.

Financial Health Notes
SalesStar's financial statements as of December 31, 2023, include a 'Going Concern Qualification' from its independent auditors. This means the auditors have raised substantial doubt about SalesStar's ability to continue its operations for at least one year from the date the financial statements were issued. This concern is noted as the company commenced operations in March 2023, and reported a net loss of $32,580 for the year ended December 31, 2023, resulting in accumulated member's equity of -$32,580.
Financing Details
SalesStar does not offer any direct or indirect financing to its franchisees. SalesStar also does not guarantee any notes, leases, or other financial obligations franchisees might take on. However, SalesStar notes that Small Business Administration (SBA) financing may be available through third parties to assist with purchasing the franchise rights.

Territory Size Requirements
SalesStar does not define territories by size, population, or geographic boundaries. Franchisees operate within a 'free range' worldwide territory, meaning they can pursue clients in any industry, specialist niche, and location as needed, without receiving an exclusive geographic area. While there are no fixed territory size requirements, each franchised business is limited to engaging up to 10 Coaches.
Staffing Notes
SalesStar franchisees must maintain a staff of employees or independent contractors, including an Operating Partner and up to 10 Coaches, all of whom must be trained according to SalesStar's guidelines and requirements. The Operating Partner must be engaged full-time in the business, have the authority to make operational decisions, and complete SalesStar's training program to the franchisor's satisfaction. Franchisees are prohibited from recruiting or hiring employees from SalesStar or other franchisees without obtaining prior consent. If an Operating Partner's relationship terminates, a qualified replacement must be in place within 90 days. SalesStar provides recruitment guidelines and resources as part of its centralized support for franchisees.
