Renewal Conditions

To renew their Rytech franchise, franchisees must have substantially complied with all material provisions of their franchise agreement throughout the term and be in full compliance at the time of renewal. They must notify Rytech in writing at least 120 days before expiration of their desire to renew. Within 60 days before renewal, franchisees need to meet Rytech's then-current training requirements for renewing franchisees. They must execute all new renewal agreements, including a then-current franchise agreement, guaranty, and confidentiality agreement. Franchisees are also required to sign a general release of claims in favor of Rytech and its affiliates (unless prohibited by state law) and pay a renewal fee equal to 15% of Rytech's then-current initial franchise fee. Additionally, franchisees must not have defaulted on their franchise agreement more than three times during the term.

Territory Size Requirements
