For suburban or less densely populated areas, the Protected Store Territory will have a 20-mile radius. In more densely populated areas like cities, the radius will be smaller, potentially as little as 1 mile. Alternatively, the franchisor and franchisee can agree to a territory defined by population size, in which case the Protected Store Territory will contain a population of at least 30,000 people.

Staffing Notes

Rolling Bones Outdoors requires franchisees to provide direct on-premises supervision through a designated general manager, who must devote full-time effort to managing the franchised business.
