Territory Size Requirements

Robeks Franchise Corporation defines each Designated Trade Area as a circular area with the store's front door at its center. The exact radius of the territory varies depending on factors like market area, population density, and drive times. Generally, this radius will not exceed 3 miles from the store, and in dense downtown areas of major cities, it will not be less than 2 blocks.

Staffing Notes

Robeks Franchise Corporation requires franchisees to employ a sufficient number of competent, well-trained employees who wear specified uniforms and maintain a neat appearance. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment decisions, including hiring and firing. Each ROBEKS® store must always be under the direct, personal supervision of at least one Certified Manager who dedicates full time and attention to their duties. For multiple stores, one Certified Manager is required for two stores, and an additional Certified Manager is needed for every store beyond two. If a Certified Manager is lost, the franchisee has 90 days to find a replacement.
