To renew their franchise, Robeks franchisees must be in good standing under their Franchise Agreement, provide timely notice of their election to renew (9 to 12 months before expiration), and pay a non-refundable renewal fee of $10,000. They must also complete any current training requirements, sign a general release of claims against Robeks Franchise Corporation, and execute Robeks Franchise Corporation's then-current form of franchise agreement. While the new agreement may have materially different terms, the royalty and marketing fees will remain the same.

The exact radius of the territory varies depending on factors like market area, population density, and drive times. Generally, this radius will not exceed 3 miles from the store, and in dense downtown areas of major cities, it will not be less than 2 blocks.
Staffing Notes
Robeks Franchise Corporation requires franchisees to employ a sufficient number of competent, well-trained employees who wear specified uniforms and maintain a neat appearance. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment decisions, including hiring and firing. Each ROBEKS® store must always be under the direct, personal supervision of at least one Certified Manager who dedicates full time and attention to their duties. For multiple stores, one Certified Manager is required for two stores, and an additional Certified Manager is needed for every store beyond two. If a Certified Manager is lost, the franchisee has 90 days to find a replacement.
