Renewal Conditions
To renew their franchise agreement, QM Staffing Group franchisees must not be in default under their agreement, must have substantially complied with the agreement throughout the term, and must have timely paid all monies due to QM Staffing Group or its affiliates. Franchisees must also provide written notice of their desire to renew between six and twelve months before the current term expires. They are required to deliver a fully executed successor franchise agreement on QM Staffing Group's then-current form, which may have materially different terms and potentially higher fees. Franchisees must also execute a general release of claims and complete any then-current training requirements. A renewal fee of $10,000 or 25% of QM Staffing Group's then-current initial franchise fee, whichever is greater, is also required.

QM Staffing Group provides various types of assistance to its franchisees. Before opening, QM Staffing Group helps designate a site selection area and reviews and approves potential virtual or physical office locations. It provides initial training in the System, offers electronic access to confidential operations manuals, and advises on local marketing and networking efforts, including templates for service agreements. During operation, QM Staffing Group reviews franchisee-developed advertising, manages the Brand Fund, and evaluates proposed relocation sites. It may also provide recommended or mandatory pricing guidelines for products and services. QM Staffing Group will make sales and other materials produced with Brand Fund monies available to franchisees.

Territory Size Requirements
QM Staffing Group provides franchisees with a protected territory that varies in size. This territory may be defined by one or more zip codes or counties, by population size, or by another geographic designation, which is determined by QM Staffing Group based on market characteristics. The territory will generally have a radius between 30 and 60 miles and is defined before the franchise agreement is signed. Boundaries can be described using population size, zip codes, streets, landmarks, or county lines, based on publicly available population information.
Staffing Notes
QM Staffing Group encourages, but does not require, franchisees to hire a scheduler. The types of medical professionals that franchisees will staff include registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, nurse practitioners, certified nursing assistants, certified medical assistants, and similar healthcare professionals. QM Staffing Group franchisees may not place physicians on assignment or on a permanent basis without written authorization.
