Renewal Conditions
To renew, Pure Sweat Studios franchisees must be in compliance with their franchise agreement and all related agreements, provide 180 days written notice of their intent to renew, sign the then-current form of franchise agreement, sign a general release in favor of Pure Sweat Studios, pay a renewal fee, remodel and upgrade their studio to meet current standards, and secure the legal right to occupy their studio location. Additionally, all owners must comply with their agreements with Pure Sweat Studios and personally guarantee the terms of the new renewal agreement.

Before opening, the franchisor grants the right to operate a studio in a designated territory, provides access to its confidential operations manuals, reviews and approves the proposed studio site, and supplies lists of approved suppliers, signs, equipment, furniture, and fixtures. It also identifies the studio on the Pure Sweat Studios website and provides an initial training program that covers various aspects of the business. After opening, Pure Sweat Studios may require or offer supplemental on-site or virtual training, communicate updates to operating standards, approve marketing materials, and administer a Brand Development Fund for system-wide marketing. Franchisees must use designated point-of-sale and computer systems, for which they are responsible for licensing and maintenance fees, while the franchisor retains independent access to system data.
