Staffing Notes
Pure Green franchisees must maintain a competent, conscientious, and trained staff in sufficient numbers to service customers promptly and properly. This includes having at least a trained manager or other trained supervisory employee on duty whenever the business is open, covering daily opening and closing procedures. Franchisees are also responsible for ensuring employees maintain good customer relations and adhere to prescribed dress codes. While franchisees are not required to personally participate in the direct operations, they must maintain an approved full-time designated manager who devotes their full time and energy to the business and successfully completes initial training.
