After opening, ongoing assistance includes offering mandatory or optional additional training programs, remedial in-territory training upon request (for a fee plus expenses), and individualized assistance by phone or email within reasonable limits. Puddle Pool Services also provides advertising materials, maintains the brand website with a link to the franchisee's business, and recommends pricing parameters. The franchisor also approves all franchisee advertising and office relocation requests.
