After opening, ProColor Collision offers additional optional or mandatory training, manages Insurers Accounts and insurance billing, and administers the National Warranty Program and the Marketing Fund. They also continue to provide a website landing page and email account, approve local advertising, update brand standards and supplier lists, and grant access to their online third-party auto body management software, the ProColor CCC ONE Package, assisting with account transfers for conversion franchisees.

Territory Size Requirements

ProColor Collision USA LLC designates a territory around each approved location, described in the Franchise Agreement. While there is no minimum size, the territory is determined using mapping software based on potential service capacity in specific zip codes or partial zip codes. Typically, the territory is sized to allow a franchisee to process 25% of the available collision repair spend within those zip codes.

Staffing Notes

ProColor Collision Centers must be directly supervised on-premises by an Operator who dedicates full-time effort to the business. The franchisee or a majority owner can serve as this Operator. Additionally, each ProColor Collision Center requires other staff to serve customers. Franchisees or their Operators are responsible for training all staff and certifying their training before they begin performing services.
