Renewal Conditions
To renew the franchise agreement, Pinseekers franchisees must notify Pinseekers Franchise, LLC between 90 and 180 days before the current term ends. They must be in compliance with all contractual obligations to Pinseekers Franchise, LLC and third parties, and agree to make any required renovations to their business to meet current System Standards. Franchisees must also sign Pinseekers Franchise, LLC's then-current standard franchise agreement and related documents, including a personal guaranty, and execute a general release of any claims against Pinseekers Franchise, LLC and its affiliates. There will be no additional initial franchise fee for renewal, but the terms of the new agreement may be materially different.

Before opening, Pinseekers provides assistance with site review and advice on potential locations, but franchisees are responsible for finding their own site. Pinseekers provides standard building plans and specifications, recommended floor plans, and décor specifications. It offers suggested staffing levels and hiring guidelines, lists of approved suppliers, and access to its Brand Standards Manual. Pinseekers conducts an initial training program for up to 10 team members at its headquarters or a designated business, and if requested, reviews the franchisee's pre-opening business plan and financial projections. Pinseekers also advises on the market introduction plan and provides one to two weeks of on-site opening support. After opening, Pinseekers offers advice via telephone or electronic communication regarding business improvement and operating problems upon request. If in-person support is requested, a fee plus expenses may apply. Pinseekers provides recommended pricing and administrative procedures, manages the Marketing Fund, and maintains a brand website that includes franchisee business information.
