Corporate History
Pinot's Palette is operated by Painting with a Twist, L.L.C., which was organized in February 2009 in Louisiana. While Painting with a Twist, L.L.C. has offered Painting with a Twist franchises since March 2009, it began offering Pinot's Palette franchises on October 15, 2024. This was after Painting with a Twist, L.L.C. acquired the Pinot's Palette brand assets, including trademarks and franchise agreements, from GFH Pinot's Palette, LLC and GFH PP, LLC on June 28, 2024. The Pinot's Palette concept itself originally started in September 2010 by Pinot's Palette LLC, which began offering franchises in October 2010. Painting with a Twist, L.L.C. is also a subsidiary of Twist Brands LLC, formed in October 2020, and previously acquired assets of Bottle & Bottega, Inc. in 2018.

Financial Health Notes
Painting with a Twist, L.L.C.'s financial statements for the years ending December 31, 2024, 2023, and 2022, have received an unqualified opinion from the independent auditor, indicating that they present the financial position fairly in all material respects. However, the company noted goodwill impairment charges of $187,135 in 2024 and $155,100 in 2023. These charges resulted from a portion of goodwill related to the 2018 acquisition of Bottle & Bottega, Inc. becoming impaired due to store closures and a significant decline in royalties and changes in the operating environment for that specific business unit. No going concern issues were identified.
