Pink Zebra Moving franchisees can apply for a successor franchise if they have substantially complied with their current Franchise Agreement. This includes maintaining required gross revenue levels, satisfying all monetary obligations, fulfilling all qualification and training requirements, and possessing the office while agreeing to remodel or improve it to meet current brand standards. Franchisees must provide written notice of their intent to renew within the first 90 days of the ninth year of the agreement. They must also sign a new Franchise Agreement, any ancillary agreements, and a general release of claims against Pink Zebra Moving. Additionally, franchisees or their approved operating partner must satisfactorily complete any new training and refresher programs required by Pink Zebra Moving and pay a Renewal Franchise fee equal to 5% of Pink Zebra Moving's then-current Initial Franchise Fee.

Staffing Notes
