Financial Health Notes
The auditor for Pestmaster's parent company, HS Group Holding Company, LLC, issued an unqualified opinion on the consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024. However, the auditor included an "Emphasis of Matter" note that members' equity as of January 1, 2024, was restated to correct a misstatement. Additionally, the FDD highlights as a special risk that the Guarantor's financial condition calls into question Pestmaster's financial ability to provide services and support to its franchisees.
Financing Details
Pestmaster may offer direct financing for up to the full amount of the initial franchise fee to prospects who meet its creditworthiness qualifications. This financing is provided through a Promissory Note, requiring monthly installments for up to 24 months, with an annual interest rate of 12%. The Promissory Note can be prepaid without penalty. However, Pestmaster does not guarantee any other notes, leases, or obligations that franchisees enter into for their business.

Training & Support Program
Franchisor Assistance
Before a Pestmaster franchise opens, the franchisor assists with approving initial marketing and advertising materials, establishing the internet marketing presence and website, and providing a template for vehicle branding graphics. The franchisor also provides an initial training program and grants four Pestmaster branded email user licenses for the first franchised business. Throughout the operation of the franchise, Pestmaster continues to review and approve advertising materials, maintains and updates its operations manual and lists of approved suppliers, and may modify the System with new products, equipment, or techniques. Pestmaster also offers additional training programs and conventions, and maintains a private online platform or intranet for communication and information sharing.
