Ideal candidates must be approved by Patrice Franchising, LLC and successfully complete all required training programs. While franchisees have the option to hire a Manager for day-to-day supervision, the Managing Owner must maintain at least a 51% ownership interest and either dedicate full-time efforts or ensure their appointed Manager does. Franchisees are encouraged to aim for a balanced placement mix, with approximately 50% of clients sourced from corporate relationships and 50% from self-generated efforts.
