Renewal Conditions

To renew, OMEX International, Inc. franchisees must satisfy several conditions. They must have substantially complied with all provisions of their agreement throughout its entire term and ensure their franchised business fully complies with OMEX International, Inc.'s then-current standards for new or renewing businesses. Franchisees need to provide written notice of their intent to renew between six and twelve months before the current agreement expires. All financial obligations owed to OMEX International, Inc. and its affiliates must be satisfied, and the franchisee must have consistently met these obligations.
