Business Summary

NINJA TRIX operates studios that offer children's activity programs. These programs feature a unique curriculum that combines elements from martial arts, tumbling, and parkour, along with obstacle courses. The studios use a proprietary system that includes custom curriculum, obstacle course designs, specific methods and procedures, distinctive decor, equipment, and color schemes. NINJA TRIX also provides training, operations support, advertising, purchasing, and promotional techniques to its franchisees.

Corporate History

NINJA TRIX FRANCHISING, LLC was formed on March 1, 2023, in Florida, and its sole business since then has been selling NINJA TRIX franchises and providing related services, with franchising beginning in 2023. The brand's intellectual property is owned by its affiliate, Martial Arts America, Inc. (MAA Inc.), which was established in 2002 and has operated martial arts schools and a gymnastics club in Florida. In 2017, MAA Inc. started offering the NINJA TRIX curriculum within some of its martial arts schools. Another affiliate, Ninja Trix, LLC (NT LLC), formed in 2018, previously offered a curriculum license program to existing martial arts schools, but now only franchises are offered. NT LLC opened a NINJA TRIX Studio, representative of the current franchise model, in October 2022. NTFL ENTERPRISES LLC, formed in 2022, serves as an affiliate that sells initial inventory and supplies to franchisees.
