Ninja Nation provides extensive pre-opening assistance, including reviewing potential business sites and leases, providing template plans for facility design, and managing the design, procurement, and setup of obstacle courses through its affiliate. Initial training is provided for the Managing Owner, arena manager, and head coach, followed by an "opening team" sent to the business for up to five days to assist with launch. Franchisees also receive access to Ninja Nation's Operations Manual. Ongoing support includes advice and recommendations on operations, standards, pricing, purchasing, and marketing. Ninja Nation also conducts periodic inspections, offers refresher training, reviews advertising materials, and provides access to its computer system and Intranet.
