Financial Health Notes
The independent auditor's report noted that MosquitoNix Franchise, LLC incurred a net loss of $1,246,687 for the year ended December 31, 2024, and had a members' deficit of $470,077. These conditions raise substantial doubt about MosquitoNix Franchise, LLC's ability to continue as a going concern. However, management believes the financial support pledged by its members will enable the company to continue operations through March 17, 2026.
