To renew, MOOYAH Franchising LLC franchisees must provide written notice of their intent to renew between three and six months before the current term expires. They must be in substantial compliance throughout the term and in full compliance at expiration, pay all money owed, and retain the right to possess their restaurant premises. A renewal fee of $5,000 is required, along with signing a general release and complying with MOOYAH Franchising LLC's then-current qualifications and training requirements. Franchisees may need to sign a new contract with terms that could differ materially from their original agreement, but renewal fees will not exceed those imposed on similarly situated renewing franchisees.

Ongoing support includes periodic restaurant visits and evaluations to maintain quality, administration of a national advertising fund, updates to the Operations Manual, review and approval of local advertising materials, maintenance of a system-wide website and gift card program. MOOYAH Franchising LLC may also set maximum or minimum prices for products, conduct additional or refresher training programs, hold annual franchisee meetings, and conduct audits and inspections of restaurant records.
