Renewal Conditions
To renew, MD Hyperbaric Center franchisees must not be in default of their agreement. They must provide notice of their intent to renew, pay a successor fee, upgrade their MD Hyperbaric Center Franchise to meet current standards, sign the then-current form of franchise agreement (which might have different terms), sign a general release, and attend additional training if required by MD Hyperbaric Center.

MD Hyperbaric Center provides comprehensive support to its franchisees. Before opening, MD Hyperbaric Center furnishes Brand Standards for leasehold improvements, furniture, fixtures, equipment, signage, trade dress, and Approved Items. It also provides initial training for the franchisee's Training Team (Controlling Principal/Authorized Care Provider, General Manager, and up to two technicians), a copy of the Brand Standards Manual, general pre- and post-opening guidance, and connection to the MD Hyperbaric Operating System. MD Hyperbaric Center also offers one free on-site evaluation for a proposed location. After opening, MD Hyperbaric Center continues to maintain connection to the MD Hyperbaric Operating System, provides advice on publicity and promotions, offers staff for consultation via phone, fax, or email during business hours, and provides updates to the Brand Standards Manual. Franchisees are invited to conventions and seminars, and MD Hyperbaric Center sells or facilitates the sale of Approved Items. Promotional and marketing supplies and templates are also provided. Additionally, mandatory or optional ongoing training programs and materials are provided periodically to address updates, new protocols, or operational enhancements.

Territory Size Requirements
Each MD Hyperbaric Center Franchise Territory is defined as an approximate 4-mile radius around the approved location, measured by metes and bounds. This may be adjusted to be slightly larger or smaller based on the population surrounding the specific MD Hyperbaric Center Franchise, and excludes any areas where MD Hyperbaric Center has existing contractual commitments.
Staffing Notes
MD Hyperbaric Center franchisees must appoint a Controlling Principal, who is usually expected to also serve as the Authorized Care Provider. Each MD Hyperbaric Center Franchise must also have a General Manager, and the initial Training Team consists of the Controlling Principal/Authorized Care Provider, General Manager, and up to two technicians. Franchisees are fully responsible for all hiring, employment, and personnel decisions, including staff training, promotions, and supervision. MD Hyperbaric Center does not control labor or employment matters for its franchisees. Franchisees are required to implement an employee training program that aligns with MD Hyperbaric Center's standards and must ensure key managerial staff, including the Controlling Principal, Authorized Care Provider, and General Manager, sign confidentiality and non-competition agreements.
