Renewal Conditions
To renew their ManageMowed franchise agreement, franchisees must request a business review 25 to 30 months before their initial term ends. They must be in good standing, provide written notice of their intent to renew, and comply with all agreements with ManageMowed Franchising, LLC. Franchisees are also required to renovate and modernize their ManageMowed business to meet current brand standards, fulfill qualification and training requirements for new franchisees, sign a successor franchise agreement, and provide a general release of claims.
