Financial Health Notes

MaidPro's parent company and guarantor, HS Group Holding Company, LLC, reported a consolidated net loss of over $13 million for the year ended December 31, 2024. The company also has negative working capital, with current liabilities exceeding current assets by over $23 million. A significant portion of its long-term debt, over $30 million, is due in the next year, and the company is negotiating with lenders to extend its maturity date. These financial conditions lead the franchisor to highlight in its FDD that the guarantor's financial health calls into question MaidPro's ability to provide services and support to franchisees.

Financing Details

MaidPro may offer financing for up to the full amount of the initial franchise fee to qualified, creditworthy candidates. This financing is provided through a Promissory Note with an annual interest rate of 12%, repayable in monthly installments over up to 24 months. The note can be prepaid without penalty, and the franchisee's owners must guarantee the payments.

Staffing Notes

MaidPro franchisees are solely responsible for all aspects of their employees, including hiring, firing, wages, benefits, scheduling, discipline, supervision, and record-keeping.
